With your valid passport, you will still need a visa to enter Bulgaria. Contact your travel agent in Hong Kong to determine if there is a Bulgarian embassy where you can apply for and receive a visa.

Very simple answer, yes, visa rules apply as in any other EU country now.

as Bulgaria is in EU, u need a visa..... then u can travel all europe
