I am in Saudi Arabia with valid multiple entry visit visa. My visa expires in another 5 months.?

After 15 days of entry, i got first extension for next fifteen days. similarly i got 3 extension. The 3rd extension is exit. But the validity of the visa is for 6 months. In this case shall i go to nearby country with tourist visa and come again. Is this valid entry? If so, is it possible to get another 3 extension?
If the above is valid, shall i follow the above till visa expires?

I didn't think SAUDI EMBASSIES ISSUED "TOURIST VISAS".tHEY ISSUE THE "Hadj,Business,along with transit visas.You file for a visa at the Embassy thru a sponsor then you will be given a number for the visa. They look thru the number that was given to you for the visa by your sponsor on a business sponsor in Saudi Arabia not by your name.Make sure you have your visa number or they won't have record of your visa application.The other thing is Saudi Arabia follows thru on the "Hadj" Calendar, not the Western Gregorian Calendar so one month visas are shorter in days. it could mean 28 days instead of 30 days. Not every country has a Saudi Embassy as well.The visas to Saudi Arabia are one of the toughest to obtain.Find out a head of time.
