I am indian national on work permit and Residence card of Belgium .?

My wife is on Work permit in UK. Can i apply for a visa from Belgium to visit my wife in UK. How much time does it take for Visa processing? What kind of visa am i suppose to apply for?

There is no bar in getting a visa for UK from Belgium on visitors quota. You have to specify the reason / purpose of visit to UK in their visa application form. The time for grant depends upon their consideration of the UK consulate at Belgium. Pl don't wait, apply fast.
