Best thing to do is check each country's consular website. It is going to depend on the length of stay. I think that for a short stay a visa is not required.

No, as a citizen of Venezuela you need a visa for neither the UK nor Spain. You may stay up to 6 months in the UK and up to 90 days in the Schengen states including Spain.
