we are in israel. icant go to the U.S!

please try again , not sure why you were denied entry in the US ,the laws have somewhat changed ,it is harder to obtain entry to the US ,
if you do not try , how will you know if maybe now you can obtain one ?

What kind of a waiver? You mean of a visa ineligibility? You can appeal if your request was denied.
