This visa does not allow you to open/operate a business of any kind.

No, as a visitor you do not need a bank account or a driver's license in the United States.

Sounds to me like you are trying to move to the United States illegally.

Open a bank account? ... no.

Contact the US Internal Revenue Service and apply for an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) if you want to open a bank account. You'll have to prove that you need a US bank account before they approve the ITIN.
