Recruiter is telling that it is for their company requirement which is mentioned. He is advising me to change once I reach in Saudi Arabia. Kindly help me on this.

well look i work in saudi arabia and know how things go here
the reason that he put u as a labour in the offer and not a manager is because in the saudi law you cant reach high positions especially that your work specs will be printed on your Ikama (its a paper that proves that your legal in ksa)
besides its better for you to be a labour than a manager because if anything happened in ksa the high position will be the first people who will be affected and Deportation.
my father is the manager for a whole company yet on his ikama his work is a baker :P |
