i had already apllied for the visa of america ,and my husband is green card holder and he has permannent residence ship.on that behalf he had apllied spouse visa and i want to know the time when i will get my us visa .

Why don't you call and ask the Visa section of US Embassy? They will not object to it.

Right now, the backlog for spouses of green card holders is about four and a half years. Check the visa bulletin every month here:
