Hi.. all you have to do is ask an expert regarding the case and what you have to do..
for my case, i also check from time to time the uscis website...they have all the information you need to know or if it isn't enough try talking to a lawyer they might help with your case..

Why were you denied?

You cannot apply for an L1-b blanket visa anyway. Only companies can do that, and it is usually quite a large and established company that rotates staff through its many branches around the world. Companies do not get blanket visas if they are only sending a very few employees to the US.

If your company obtains a blanket visa, you still might not get a stamp under the company's visa since you have previously been rejected. People rejected for a visa generally have a hard time getting another application through.

Frankly, it sounds like you have a very high probability of trying "back-door immigration" rather than legitimate business reason for working in the US. If that is the case, you've been already been caught out and you are not coming to the US. And since you have a record of denial of an employment visa, other countries are not going to look favorably upon you -- there is a high probability of getting rejected elsewhere.
