Its very difficult question for publics, i can understand your situation and how u suffering now , better ask help to any Chinese peoples , ,because if u wants apply a Chinese passport u should know very well in language , also u cannot do all alone with out a help of some Chinese peoples,

reading your post seems bogus if you are in china certainly you have a valid visa call your country embassy first, secondly go to the china security bureau police the cost is about 250 RMB
