I have a Djibouti passport,in Cairo Egypt, HOW can i get a visa to Europe. and if i am allowed to get da visa?

please help me with any information u have. i am in terrible situation.

No Embassy of a European Country accepts visa application by visitors in a foreign country.
If you hold a valid Egyptian long term residence permit you may apply for a European visa at any of the European Embassies in Cairo. If you want a visa for Iceland you would have to go to the Danish Embassy, the Belgium Embassy also issues visa in the name of the Government of Luxembourg.
If you should be just on a visitors status in Egypt you would have to apply from the French Embassy in Djibouti.

If you have permanent legal residency in Egypt, you can apply to the embassy of the Schengen country you will visit. If you do not have permanent residency, you must go back to Djibouti to apply there.

you can apply in any euro embassy if you got the permanent resident of egypt otherwise get back to djib to apply from there with the french emb.for da euros country.
