hi from dubai. well that's not too much information to go on, but if you got it from a consulate in your country then chances are it's real. is it a visit visa or a residence visa? my residence visa is pink, with my photograph on it, and takes up a whole page in my passport, it's written in arabic and english. if you give more spefics maybe we can help.
