Probably not. The airline requires that you to book your flight at least 24 hours prior to departure on international flights in order for them to check the manifest.
If they find that you have any outstanding warrants you may not be able to board the flight, or if you do board the flight, you may be stopped by the Peruvian authorities in Peru. You will be detained and sent home on the next available flight. |

It depends on the nature of the crime. There is an extradition treaty between the United States and Peru, and if you are discovered in Peru (and they WILL run your name) - They may not only bar you from entry to Peru - But, will send you back to the U.S in custody (at YOUR cost). But, chances are that if the crime is not serious, they will not discover it. If it is serious, you will probably not even make it on the plane, before you are arrested.
