Yes you will need a visa because Northern Island is part of Great Britian not Republic of Ireland. Your Irish visa is for the Republic of Ireland only.

you dont need a visa. its a different country/jurisdiction but that doesnt matter. there is some kind of agreement between the RoI and UK that means you can travel between the two countrys unrestrictred.
