if your overspeeding offence have not made any casualties then i feel you have no problem for that, however if your overspeeding have caused any casualties or something then that can be a blocking stone for your trip to USA |

Why would speeding affect your travelling to the USA? Think half the population of England has some points on their licence but the can still go AND hire cars... only prob would be if you got baned but you could still travel... would just have to use public transport! |

I seriously doubt it unless you haven't paid your ticket and there is a warrant out for you. Speeding is considered a minor offense. The US is more concerned about felonies. |

Whie speeding actually IS a criminal offense, it won't affect travel to the US. The only crimes that do are those that we call "Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude." Speeding is not one of those.
