I have came back from uae last 10months back without cancel my employment visa?

i was came due some emergency i didn't able to go back. i want to ask you that the visa might get cancel shall i can travel again to U.A.E in employment visa. In my passport employment visa is stamped. Let me know from where i have to do cancel please give me full details.

Dude, a friendly advise first.You need to learn how to speak and write good English if you are working in the US. I want to give my advice as I've worked overseas too, but it's hard to decipher your sentences. Do you mean to say you came back to US from UAE and your employment visa was not cancelled? and you're worried that it might get cancelled if you go back to the States? If my understanding of your letter is correct, well, if your employer knows that you are leaving on emergency or for whatever reasons, you can come back as long as your employment visa has not expired yet on your passport, and as long your employer didn't cancel your employment contract with them despite the fact that you didn't return to work on time.

In your last question... you want to know where you can cancel what??? cancel the employment visa? Why do you want to cancel it? Oh goodness... I'm sorry but you are so confusing. Best thing for you to do is to consult an Immigration lawyer specializing in employment visa. Sorry.
