I have changed 2 address in 1 year ,what are the documentsrequiredfor passport appplication?

i dont have a voters ID at the present address,
i stayed in hostel from AUGUST 2006 to april 2007.
I am staying in new address and i dont have address proof to suppourt tat i stayed in current place from april 2007.
i can get the address proof of hostel

Birth certificate, photos, proof of identity.

birth certificate, driver's license and other valid id's to prove that your qualified to get a passport and at least you stayed 6 mos. you can declare that as your resident address.
