1. Report the loss to the local police to get an official protocol.
2. Obtain a new passport from your government if Pakistani citizen or from the high commission/embassy/consulate of your country in Pakistan.
3. Report the loss to the British High Commission in Pakistan.

1. let the British Embassy know you have lost the passport and visa, they can alert customs and immigration in the UK
2. get a replacement passport and request a replacement visa, you my even get one!
