*If i don't have a spouse or i don't have any of the asked questions do i answer by non or leave it blank?
*Question Number 13,what does it mean?
*Question Number17, does that mean my school and college information?
*if i have travel arrangements do i mention it or i say no cuzse i didn't get the visa yet?

Hey, hope ur doing fine. I recently got my visa. Let me help you with your queries.
*Answer #1: In this case, DO NOT leave the space blank. I repeat, DO NOT leave it blank. Some council officers prefer that you write something in all spaces. Write 'N/A' or a ' - ' (dash/hyphen).
*Answer #2 (Question 13 in the form): You must have taken part in some charity or social event or donated to either/both of them. Writing just the names of these events/organizations if enough. For example, I take part in charity runs and donate to a school for physically handicapped children, therefore I just wrote down 'Terry Fox Run, Al Noor Center for Children with Special Needs', etc.
*Answer #3 (Question 17 in the form): Write down a list of high school/s, college/s or university/s you have studied in (one below the other). Give their present telephone numbers (including the international code) under 'Add/Tel number'. Under 'Course of study', mention what you studied or majored in there. Finally, under 'Dates of Attendance', just write down approx what date you joined that school &/ college or university.
*Answer #4: Just check the 'NO' box like I did. Its far less complicated that way.
