I LEFT AFTER GIVING 1 MONTHS NOTICE AS I HAD EXTRA TIME OFF WHEN MY WIFE TOOK ILL AND NEARLY DIED BUT NOW OK I WAS PAID WHEN I WAS OFF AND WAS TOLD IT WAS OK BUT WAS LATER TOLD I AM ONLY ENTITLED TO 5 DAYS COMPASSIONATE AND I HAD 21 AND THAT I HAD TO PAY BACK , I LET MY HEART RULE MY POCKET AND RESIGNED AFTER 1 MONTH. I SINCE APPLIED FOR A NEW JOB AND DID NOT GET IT BECAUSE I NEED AN NOC WHICH I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE LAW AND COMPANY POLICY. I WAS GUTTED TO FIND THAT OUT I LEFT ON A FINAL EXIT CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN I AM ALLOWED BACK IN TO WORK IN SAUDI ARABIA WITHOUT THE NOC
