I live in Viet Nam , I need to have my Certificate attested in UAE embassy?

The problem is there' no UAE embassy in Viet Nam .
So ,I need suggestion from who knows the process ,which country near Vietnam carry this easily as well as required document.
Deeply appreciated if who instructs me in detail
