go to your embassy they will give you a new one unless you are German then go to your town hall!!

You are a minor, underage. Tell your parents. They can contact the embassy.

Go to the Haiti Embassy and apply for one.

Contact the nearest embassy, the ambassador will be able to hook you up with a temporary one so that you can get back in to the country.
