Go to your provinces website. If you are in Ontario, go to http://www.gov.on.ca/ and select the "Lost Wallet" option. They will provide you with information on how to obtain new ID. If you have photocopies of your ID it will be easier to obtain. You may need to have a letter by a gaurantor that has known you for two or more years, just verifying that they know who you are and know you are a Canadian citizen. You will also need to have that guarantor sign a recent picture, swearing that they know this to be a true likeness of you etc., Also, try to track down any other ID that you have, school/work IDs, bank/credit cards, movie rental memberships. Anything with your name and photo. You will also need letters with your name and mailing address to help substantiate who you are when applying for new ID. |

so? if i read you correctly? you are in the US, because if you have a Canada passport? you would not need a green card,
you need to make a report to you local police,take the copy, approach the Canada embassy /consular services and get your passport renew,
go to the page of the Canada embassy in the US;

then, contact the USCIS about your green card,
