I would add, as someone who has lived in Nigeria, that you are most likely being scammed. I'm sorry to say it, but it's almost certainly true. Your heart will be broken in the end, and you'll have been unwittingly complicit in letting a bad person into the U.S.

After you've gone to Nigeria and met him you can come back, alone, and file for a fiance visa for him, To do it you'll fill out forms I-129F, I-864 and G-325A and mail them, with a $455 fee, to the USCIS. You can find the forms here....

You should expect it to take from 12 to 18 months after you file for him to be contacted by the US embassy in Nigeria, interviewed and issued a visa.

2. There's no faster way to do it.

If you have already decided to marry him, he could probably get a K-1 visa (fiancee visa.) at the US embassy in Nigeria, if you are an American citizen. But it may be not possible if you and he have never met in person.

There are lots of people who fake marriage just to get a residency in this country. So you will probably need to prove that he and you have been in a relationship.

I think if you can get visa easies that your man, come to Nigeria and marry with him! This way, he can get the USA visa very easy. Here is how to contact with Nigeria embassy in the USA:

you need to never send him money tht is number 1 and another thing you need to visit him be very carfull nigerians are known for this i am not saying he is bad man but you really need to know a person b4 you marry them i know everyone is saying it how can it be a lie it happens every day he wants out of his country and they will be relntless be carfull girl be very carefull go visit him first you cant base a relationship to the government on typing on a computer
