I missed my interview for my visa today. Can I still make an appointment for my interview? I used Visapoint (on-line appointment) for scheduling my interview and not call centers.

you must have a valid reason as to why you missed your appointment. you present that to the consul and ask for a rescheduling. it's up to them whether they'll give you another appointment date or not.

unless your reason was life threatening or medical in nature, you lose your chance and will have to apply again. you could have asked for a rescheduling before your interview date instead of just not showing up.

You will have to apply again in embassy and submitt fee again.

You will have to write a formal letter explain your reason of not making it to your appointment. You will need to apologize and ask to make appointment for another interview.

yes, you can make another appointment. If you want to be scheduled on the other well, you can be IF there's a slot for you. If there is none then you can get another dates. Or you can apply an emergency request which you can see on the Visa Appointment. You have to state a valid reason so that they can approve that request. You have to purchase another pin for that.
