do u think it would affect in some way if i want to change what i already filled out in my visa application? i made it by the internet and i printed out... does the Inmigration service have control of this??
The thing is that in my purpose i was suposed to stay in Colorado but im not stayin now.. cuz im going to PA, . its the same family but the persons who was supposed to send me the letter of invitation, now they're traveling to California.... so im gonna be stayin with the other part of the family who's in Pennsylvania.
how can i do or what can i do? shouuld i change what i already filled out?? cuz i dont wanna lie for the day i have my meeting in the embassy.... which is on Oct 16th ...

You filled out your application using the knowledge you had when you filled it out. Let them go through the process. When your interview comes up, they'll ask you if anything has changed and you can tell them then. You may need to get a new letter of invitation from the people involved to take with you to the interview. |

Once you are in the USA you can travel freely,so I don't think it matters! |

you should update your information with immigration by telling them the person you have been residing with is moving.. be honest and sincere.. it won't change your visa status anyway, you are still living in the united states. also it is good becuase you need to have all your mail forwarded to your new address.good luck. |

I would send it a revised app and tell them what happened so on the day you have to be there they know you werent' trying to lie. Good luck |

best thing to do is change it if you can ex planing why...if you can't explain it to them when you get to the embassy tell them they should be able to help you |

The consular officer can deny your visa for any reason. They could deny it just because you changed cities. They could deny it if they think you are lying.
What country are you from? If it's something like Canada then you'll probably be okay either way. If it's Mexico, then you probably won't get it no matter what you do. Do you ahve a job and family that you need to go back to? Then they are more likely to grant it. Basically, you just need to make the consular officer really believe that you are going for a short visit and will return. |
