hey guys so i am a legal immigrant in the USA, i do have a green card, but my name is screwed up on it....it's like my last name is my first name and my last name is my first name (same with my social security card) and my uncle is the one who brought us here..now for some very stupid reason he is trying to send me back home (i fell in love with a white boy that's the problem) do you think he could do that??? please guys help i am so scared. i don't wanna go back home i love him..

I had a friend who came from India. Her name was backwards also, and so were her two children. If your Uncle is your sponsor, than he has certain responsibilities. If you are a minor and he has instructions from your parents or guardian not to allow you to have an interracial relationship, then I guess he could send you back. It does not sound like the reason you were allowed to come here was to have an interracial relationship.

No, he can't send you home. If he tries you should contact the police or any women's shelter. They will get you the assistance you need.
