I need help with Track Application Reference, The thing is that my wife has submitted her application visa in British Embassy in Islamabad. She has gaven me her Application Reference number so I can track it online in https://www.vfs.org.in/UKG-PassportTracking/ApplicantTrackStatus.aspx?Data=yZK62aLGZpeRvoI5Nsf4HA==
but it wasn't successful because it was saying Invalid search all the time, so I have called them and they have told me that it will take 2 months to get the result for the visa but I said what about tracking system, he said try in 3 hours later, I did told him I been trying for a month now and nothing at all.
My reference ISL/ with 13 digits number
Is there anybody als have same problem as me

Yes, i had the exact same problem.
This is happening a lot with them these days.

Go to this link, i had to send an application to the duty manager in KHI, (where i live) and they sent me a reply in 2 days telling me that my application was still in process. You can ask them what the problem was and they will tell you what it is. But it's always a problem in their computer. I had to roam around the website like a blind person too when i didn't get my reference number correctly.
But getting an e-mail from the manager calmed my nerves that atleast i didn't make a mistake or something.
