I need more info.

Well i have lived in the us for about 20 yrs. i had some criminal record but nothing really crazy i got 3 misdireminors..... and i got deported for a failure to appear but it was because my lawyer did not tell me any thing about that court day long story short ... i got taken in by ICE i was detained for about a year i fired my lawyer and did a complaint against her .....but because of lack of knowledge i didn't know how to follow true..so i got deported ....but my case was sealed and i didn't know how to open it......now im in El Salvador but my life is being treated by gangs in my country .... im trying to leave and turn my self to INS at the boerde but i had gotten banned for 10 yrs... will i got to prison????? can i still fight my case????? i also have a US c citizen wife can she help me out with the i130 but in the us????? what are my best bet once im with INS at the border
