You need to find a company which will give you a job, they apply to Work Permits UK on your behalf and if you meet the criteria you will receive a Work Permit. You can then take this Permit and apply for a visa to go with it. You will still need to meet all the conditions of entry to the UK. You should check the exact rules before you apply as there are many updates, you can do this at www.ukvisas.gov.uk
