I think you live in Germany and your Mom is in another country, and to visit you she needs a German Visa - correct? You need to send her a simple letter:
I (name), residing at (address) invite my Mother (name, address, date of birth) to visit me in Germany for a period of (weeks, months...). During her stay I will be responsible for all her living expenses.
Something like that. She needs to take it with her to the German Consulate and submit with her visa application. Some countries also require proof of your income.
You will have to run the search on the Internet for German visa requirements for people from your mother's country. Or call the consulate of your country in Germany, they will know for sure. |

I take it your in Germany, and you want your mom to visit. In that case, have her get a passport, and buy her a plane ticket. Why would you need to write a letter to a German embassy? If you're talking about getting her a Visa, then all she, or you, have to do is to fill out the form located at the emabassy website. |
