I want to marry a man who lives in Egypt..i live in usa is there anything i can do to get him here ?

The only way he can come is to be through a k-90 fiance visa.
You must petition this yourself.
Go to USCIS.com for the appropriate forms and fees.
It is impossible for you to get a I 1-30 spousal visa because that visa is processed after you marry.
For example. I got the I-130 visa after I married my wife in Vietnam.
You are going to run into some troubles if you cannot meet him in person and prove that you have a true relationship. Photos together are important just as evidance, letters, gifts.
Ironically a friend of mine is going through what you are doing in Egypt. but he is going there to have an engagement party.
That is key for the USCIS. (US citizenship office)

I am telling I know all about this and I heavily recommend you going there for a engagement party.
It will be very tough for you to get him here.

Although you can be married without being physically in the same location, the immigration office is not likely to believe you are a real couple and therefore wouldn't grant him the legal immigration status to move to the U.S.

The best way to handle this is for him to get a visitor visa to the U.S. You two get married as soon as he gets to you. Then immediately start the paper work to apply for his green card. Even if his visitor visa runs out before the green card is approved, he can still stay in the country legally as long as you are married. This process can take a couple of years.

The paper work could seem intimidating but it isn't very complicated. I would probably be around $2000 if you want to hire an immigration attorney to help with the paper work.

If you marry him you can get a visa,I think you can even get a fiancee visa beforehand.Call the INS or an immigration attorney!

you can sponsor him by filing for afiance visa for him if approved he will get avisa for 3 months during wich the marriage has to take place if not he must return to his native country after the marriage you neeed to file for an adjustment by sponsoring him as an immigrant form I 130 (green card) alien relative the whole process can vary from 6 months to yrs
