I was denied a B1 visa to the US once. ?
Find answers to your legal question.

I was denied a B1 visa to the US once. ?

Will this affect me in the future if i have to apply for any other visa to the US. And how long is the duration to apply for a B1 visa again after being denied. Does anybody know??

Why were you denied the visa? That is the question that you need to answer. Did you plan on doing business in the United States, that was not allowed under the B1 visa. Do you have a criminal record? Did you file fraudulent documents?

All of these, and many more issues will be examined upon your next application for a visa. If you were given the reason, you need to overcome the factor that kept you from obtaining the B1 visa.

It is your responsibility to prove that you have legitimate business to be admissible as a B1.

Welcome to the club.
I was denied it twice.

In your next interview the bureaucrat that will interview you will be thougher on you and rude, it get worse everytime you re-apply. They just ask people to cross the border illegally.

yes, this may affect your chances of getting a visa in the future. To keep on applying only shows how desperate you are in getting to the US. Focus on fixing your situation as to why you were denied in the first place before re-applying (i.e. If you dont have a sufficient ties to your home country - this means you dont have a good job, enough money, property to make you want to come back to your country - so work on changing your situation to convince them otherwise).
