I130 Through US citizen Parent?

Hi,

Currently i am living in US based on H4 visa, and my father file I130 for me. Can i get work permit based on this?

H class visas are not an immigration-class visa, but are a temporary work permit/employment visa. Who holds the H visa for which you are a dependent? Someone other than your father? Have you filed an application for immigration to go with your father's affidavit of support? Do you have a priority number yet, or what is the status of your application? You probably cannot get authorization to work until you are legally admitted as an immigrant -- just filing an application is insufficient.
