IS the attestation of MEA & UAE Embassy is done only in original documents.?

What do you mean by attestation ?
Are you referring to Visas/ entry permits / or work permits.?
Original document is your passport.
You will get your visa and or your work permit endorsed
after you reach your destination in UAE. But you have to collect your entry visa at the destination air port.

As far as MEA ( Middle East & African countries ) is concerned you will have to get your visa endorsed at
the respective embassies ( which includes Saudi Arabia also )
