Canada has an imigration point system. If what you do for a job is in demand you get points, if you speak good enlgish they give you points, if you speak good french they give you more points. if you went to college they give you points. If you earn enough points then you can get a work visa for Canada.

yes you may apply for an work visa for Canada while in the UK ,
but you must first find a job in Canada in order to go there,
type your job qualifications in a search link with Canada added to it.
