If I renounce my Turkish citizenship to join the US Army as an officer can I regain it sometime in the future?

* I know I have to renounce my other citizenship in order to join the army as an officer.
*And I am a dual-citizen at the moment. (please do bother saying that US doesn't permit dual citizenship) See below for offical info.

* Please do not state the obvious like "you need to check with Turkey". I am sitting in my livingroom to see if there is someone Turkish or other who has some knowledge on the issue. If I cant find that I am well aware I will need to check with the embassy.
