how can parents travel to us with there amirican child? they have get visa all the time from embassy?

assuming the parents were there legally to begin with, they can always reapply for a tourist visa. if they were there illegally, it's very unlikely anyone will issue them a tourist visa. unless they can find some other way to qualify, they won't be able to live permanently in the US unitl the child turns 21 and can file petitions for them. If they want the child to grow up in the US, they'll have to make other arrangements with family or friends, which people do, all the time. but the child is eligible to go whenever he wants.

Essi, A US born child's parents can become a permanent resident after the approval of a petition of the child when the child reaches 21 and is financially capable of sponsoring them. (Child must be based in the US)

To visit, parents must have a valid visitors visa which they could apply from the US embassy in their country. Having a US born child does not give them special treatment to get the visa. The visa application can be denied if they do not meet the requirements.

When the child is twenty-one, they can petition their parents for residency.

Until then, no.

To travel to the US with their child the parents would need to do what they would normally do to get into the country. If they were required to get a visa before the child was born, then they will still need to get a visa.

The American child will need a US passport. (American citizens must enter and exit the country on a US passport.)
