Your age isn't the issue -- everyone from newborns to the elderly receive visas every day. The big issue is convincing the consul that your travel is bona fide. Are you traveling with your parents? Alone? To visit family? Disneyland? Does your country have a high incidence of your fellow citizens illegally emigrating to the U.S.? Do your parents have employment and a healthy income?

These are the questions that will be on the vice consul's mind when he or she interviews you.

you may get a visa , but of course your parents would have to go with you on signing it ........

It depends on which country you are from. If you are British then you will not need any visa. The US grants British tourists a visa-waiver. Usually you can stay in the US for 3 months without a visa.
