Yes, under current law. Guam is US soil. Your child would be a US citizen or a duel national. Be sure to keep all the paper work to establish the facts of the birth for citizenship later in the child's life.(Official birth certificate) Congratulations. Good planning. Yes, but given the state of Guam Memorial Hospital you should not be surprised if you have to give birth on a gurney in a hallway. That hospital barely functions.
