Do you mean Canadian? I would think you could apply for a tourist visa even if you were'nt married to a Canadian.

You can apply but the problem is that they will see you are married to a Canadian so they will think you are not going to Canada as a tourist but are planning to move there. They are not supposed to give you a tourist visa if they think you are planning to stay permanently.
