Yes, you most likely do. If you have some sort of legal residency status in Italy you just might be able to visit the U.K. for a limited period of time without a visa. You should check with your local British High Commission or travel agent for the definitive details.

yes dear you will need to apply for a Tourist visa at your nearest British consulate or High commission if youre not a permanent resident of italy or on some sort of long term visa you will need to apply for this UK visa in your country of regular residence
