Check with your embassy for the tracking number. It could be in the post office.
If not there, contact the person with whom you dealed to obtain it.

Firstly inquire with the passport office whether the passport has been actually despatched. Once that is confirmed and the passport has been sent to the Post, you need to go to the local post office. The local post office is which normally sends you your regular mail. Go to the post office and there is a section which deals with collection of undelivered mails at mailing address. You need to carry a photo identification proof of yourself. This is mandatory as far as the Passport is concerned. After verification of this , the post office will provide you your passport.

Call the department of foreign affairs if they have already sent the passport through the post office or any delivering agencies.If yes,get the address of that agency and follow up.
