The ex-wife can't personally deport him, but she can certainly notify the local ICE office of his status, and they will be happy to do so.

Sorry, but yes, she will turn on him, and they grab him right away, and send him home, to take care of His own family.

She could sue him for support, even if they do not have that law where he came from!!
