If you entered the Polish Consulate in the US is it true that you can then say you have been to Poland.?

I was wondering since all the laws of the country hosting the Consulate apply to the property of the Consulate doesn't that mean you have entered that country because they're laws apply there, not the USA laws?
Please I need to know!

No. You would not have been to Poland. You would have been on property owned by Poland according to international law, but you would not have been to Poland.

no, not really, for you have not even left the US soil, you have set foot on Poland's property in the US,so you only will have seen the embassy who represents the country of Poland,

you were on Polish property but not in poland. however while you are on polish property, y ou must follow polish law, american law doesn't apply.. :)
