If you have previous convictions of drug and violence and have been in prison,can we get work visas in France?

My defacto has been convicted of drug related charges and also violent related charges and we need to know if we are still able to get woking visas-he is an aboriginal artist. If not, we would still like to visit France as my mum lives there.

Very doubtful. Not even to visit, but it'll be up to France. The USA will allow him to travel if he is off parole or if he receives permission from his P.O.

I doubt it, but it would be nice for America if he did and stayed there.

I seriously doubt it. They will need to do a police check on both of you and he certainly wouldn't be accepted.
