if you are asking about Rajasthan in India, I would call all my relative to come and stay with me.I 'll give every one in my personal circle, friends a Government Contractor.I'll ask the to conduct film festival, cricket match,fashion parades etc. send every one abroad on Govt expenses to learn how to live in different climate.I'll call all the scientists to Rajasthan to conduct studies about Rajasthan climate . I'll import breeding technology from all the nations about Camel and my son or Sister-in-law will be in charge for any construction work. I'll do away the Tender system. I'll ask all my legislators to go to hill station every month with family or any family they like to take on tour.
