Actually, you would need to go back to the embassy that issued the visa and ask them to issue a new one, for free, if it was their mistake. Or you could apply at another US embassy if you're now on-board and if you have enough time in port to take care of it. USCIS doesn't issue visas and can't help.

If the visa was given to you by the US, you would need to contact USCIS. (Customs and Immigration)
