Basically you need to either be sponsored by a job, win the lottery ( there is a greencard lottery) or get married to a US citizen.
You may start by looking for a job and then going on a worker's visa. Then if your employer would like you stay even longer, ask him if he would sponsor you. |

Try the U.S. Embassy on Roxas Blvd., Manila, or the one in Cebu.
You will need a passport, need a place to live, a job or enough money to live on, etc.
Just what depends upon your status: married, single, etc.; nationality; all that good stuff.
