Not really difficult as long as you have somewhere to live and earn a living (you will need to proove this) and also you will have to demonstrate the seriousness of the relationship. If you are British, then it is much, much easier to work in another EU state and then she is entitled to an EU family permit the same day at the embassy free of charge (if you are married). Then from the other EU country (like Ireland or France) you can easily travel back to UK. Also you can transit UK any time you like as long as you have an onward flight within 24 hours. So for example you can fly from Manila to Marakech, Easy Jet go form Luton to Marakech for £25 so it is quite easy to buy the ticket and then why stay in UK when you can live a good life in Agadir by the sea and easily get back to work in UK. |
